    If you’d like, we can stitch in slideshow reels and other content into your recording, as well, to make it easy to see and share the entire experience.

    We will make a link for you to share around once you book us, or if you’re technically inclined, you can give us a custom URL of your own.

  • Want to play a slideshow loop or video for a lobby, hallway, reception area or next to the stage? We’ve even had clients give PowerPoint presentations during their memorials! Whatever it is, these big TVs mounted high on solid truss poles are the perfect way to do it. Up to 4 available per service.

    Need something bigger? Let us know - projectors and screens are an option, too.

  • The high-value base package already includes a live-stream to a destination of your choice, but if you’d like your audience to participate as well as watch, a hybrid Zoom connection is the thing for you!

  • Have a bunch of photos and videos of your loved one that you’d like displayed on loop at the service? Easy! Send them to us and we’ll make them into a seamless looping video to play back before, during, and after the service.

  • Have a looping slideshow video, other media, music or video you’d like played before, during, or after the service?

    This professional media playback system allows the playback of this content in-person, on the stream and to zoom guests as needed, and provides smooth fades on and off (no desktop background or mouse cursor here!).

Terms

  • * Upon singing up, if we are not already booked on the date(s) you request, we will reserve those dates for you for up to 30 days or until cancellation of the request. This reservation will be made permanent once a 40% down-payment has been made on the price of your requested services.

  • This package includes setup, operation, and breakdown of equipment for a program lasting up to 2 hours. The program must be a memorial service honoring someone who has passed away. Services exceeding the 2-hour duration will incur an additional charge of $80 per hour.

  • We require access to 120V power from a standard NEMA 5-15R or 5-20R outlet, and for livestreamed events, an internet connection with a minimum of 15Mbps upload speed. We may request one or two tables or surfaces, usually towards the back of the room, for operating equipment.

  • When possible, we are happy to set up our behind-the-scenes equipment (such as the mixing station and streaming hardware) in a discreet nearby room, as long as it is close enough to maintain proper connectivity and control. However, if no such space is available, please note that there will be a small technician station visible within the main room. We do our best to keep this setup as neat, quiet, and unobtrusive as possible during the service.

  • Equipment provided may include:

    • Up to a 2-speaker PA system

    • Up to 3 camera angles

    • Up to 8 wired microphones

    • Audio mixer, video switcher, audio snake, stream encoder, video recorder

    • All necessary cabling and accessories to perform the agreed services

  • If the venue has its own equipment, we are happy to integrate with it where feasible. However, the package price remains the same unless the use of additional in-house systems substantially increases our workload (e.g., managing more equipment than we would typically provide ourselves).

  • Our pricing is based on an average of costs across different venues, taking into account the variation in available technology and infrastructure.

  • We typically staff one to two technicians, depending on the service complexity. If more technicians are specifically requested or required beyond our initial calculation, additional labor fees will apply.

  • We will require early access to the venue for setup, and time after the service for breakdown. Depending on the gear being used, like large TV setups, the venue may also need to have a designated loading area and/or ramp access as larger equipment cannot be safely transported without wheels.
